| Copied and revised slightly from the excellent post Demosthenes made about this a few months ago. 1. No swearing 2. No explicit sexual references 3. No racist comments 4. No demeaning or sexist comments 5. No drug references 6. No posts referencing illegal content online (Torrents and copyright violations in general) 7. No flame wars or trolling 8. Complaining about a post getting deleted (If you feel your post was deleted unfairly PM a moderator) 9. The moderators reserve the right to delete posts which we feel are unsavory, however if they fall in this general category, we will post the reason. Banning results from continued and blatant disregard for the rules. Automatic outs are posting copyrighted material and pornographic material. Also spambots, but that hasn't been an issue here yet. The moderators are Salkand and Demosthenes. The Admins are JenniferL, Jason and MikeW. In practice, you'll probably hear more from me than from Jason. MikeW is mostly here to tinker with stuff. |

| Also as a side note, if you see a post that you do consider offensive/breaks one of the above mentioned rules, and you are reporting it, try and add the post number into the message you send. It's not a requirement, but it makes finding the correct post in question a lot easier, especially after we come on after work, and there are a lot of new post within that particular thread. The post number, for those of you who like me share obliviousness are one of your defining character traits (Pisces FTW) (And yes Herid Fel must have been a Pisces). The post number is located at the bottom of each person's post, to the right of the date it was posted. |

| After the exchanges that have occurred on a couple of threads recently, I was wondering what the definition of 'Trolling' is, or at least the definition that will be enforced on this site. Does critiquing a non-WOT book count? Does crashing threads just to insult the author and be a nuisance count? Thank you  |
