	They had an oriental guy and a black guy as Norse Gods in the new Thor movie for crying out loud. A slight "tan" on Moiraine shouldn't make any difference at all. My complexion is darker in the Spring and Summer and I'm a "white" guy (spoiler). If you google Morena you'll see plenty of pictures of her with a fair complexion, especially in her 'V' TV shots.

	It looks like the arm is from the girl in the middle. Are they implying it's from the girl to the right? I guess they should have edited the picture a little if they wanted the illusion to be better.

	The blue to the right of the girl on the left's head is clearly the girl in the middle's shoulder. The arm all the way to the left is clearly coming from the girl in the middle. The arm is at the wrong angle to be coming from the giantess.
